About

Acronis created the only all-in-one cyber protection solution for environments of any size – and solved the safety, accessibility, privacy, authenticity, and security challenges of the modern world.

Customers enjoy all the prevention, detection, response, recovery, and forensics capabilities needed to safeguard all workloads while streamlining protection efforts.

The company’s key markets are North America, Asia and Europe.

Key advantages

The MSP market is highly fragmented, dozens of vendors provide single solutions in backup & disaster recovery, cybersecurity, remote IT management & help desk/business management, etc. Meanwhile, Acronis product is one integrated platform through which service providers can deliver all the cyber protection solutions that meet today’s clients' demands.

Product

Acronis developed an MSP-centric platform that solves the challenges of serving a large, fragmented SMB market. The platform consolidates 30+ solutions the average MSP uses through investment in R&D, active M&A and partner ecosystem development. The solution enables service providers to deliver cyber protection easily, efficiently and securely. Customers are provided access to hybrid cloud backup, disaster recovery, ransomware protection, file sync and share, and blockchain-based file notarization and e-signature services, all managed from a centralized console.

The platform is natively integrated and customized and works with other systems MSPs usually have in place.

Acronis also helps accelerate MSP’s business growth with robust sales, marketing, and technical support. MSPs must only focus on what they do best – to serve their clients.

Market

Acronis satisfies the needs of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) through managed service providers (MSPs). MSPs are enterprises that offer multiple managed IT services to other businesses, historically small to medium-sized. Around 150k+ technology companies outsource IT services to millions of businesses worldwide.

Global SMB IT spendings equal ~$1.2T, of which ~$137B (10%) are managed by MSPs. The number of services provided by MSPs is expected to grow 4x faster than the overall SMB IT market, substantially increasing market share and creating massive opportunities. The MSP market is estimated to reach $557B by 2028.

MSPs face several significant business and technology challenges while serving their clients. The key ones are an expansion of revenue, a client base with limited resources and protection of the client’s IT infrastructure consisting of products provided by dozens of vendors. The other issue is to ensure compliance with the whole scope of rules and regulations.

MSPs need a complex solution that allows them to focus on clients and their needs.
