How is Ayosta unique in the VC/PE market?

Ayosta is a SaaS platform that allows businesses and communities to create their own branded space to communicate with investors and streamline investment processes.

Unlike other solutions, Ayosta does not search for deals or offer financial services or advice. Instead, it provides its members with collaboration tools to share investment opportunities and raise capital, ultimately earning revenue.

Who can benefit from Ayosta?

Ayosta is a B2B platform that helps various stakeholders streamline private market investment processes and communication within a custom-branded environment, including:

  • VC/PE funds, firms, emerging managers, clubs, syndicates, and communities can efficiently communicate with investors, perform onboarding, offer and manage deals, and share investment opportunities to earn extra revenue.
  • Financial institutions (banks, brokers), asset managers, family offices, and advisors can access shared investment opportunities, offer them to clients, and facilitate investment operations.
  • Startups can raise funds or sell shares by introducing their investment opportunities to Ayosta's ecosystem members and can set up a platform to engage investors directly.

Individual investors can join Ayosta independently to connect with its ecosystem dealmakers and explore their offers, track alternative investments portfolio, and organize related documents.

What are the risks related to investing in VC/PE?

Investments in alternative investment classes, including venture capital and private equity products, are considered speculative and involve a high degree of risk. These instruments are not publicly traded, illiquid, and subject to holding period requirements.

Such investments are not suitable for retail investors and generally not suitable for investors who (a) do not have the knowledge and experience to assess investments in private companies, (b) do not have the capacity to lose all or part of their investment, or to suffer a significant delay in recovering all or part of their investment.

Potential risks involved include but are not limited to:

  • The value of an underlying asset and hence the security linked to it may substantially decline, pressured by external or internal factors, and investors may not be able to retrieve their original investment.
  • Investors may not be able to sell their investments before the liquidity event.
  • There is no guarantee that the company will go public or that other liquidity events will happen and investors will recover their original investment.
  • There can also be specific risks related to a particular investment opportunity, in which case they will be disclosed in the documentation of the product. Please, read it carefully before making any investment decision.

Who can view the deals that I submitted on the platform?

You have control over who has access to your deals. You can share them with your onboarded clients, specifically selected clients, all professional members of the Ayosta ecosystem, such as VC/PE firms and financial institutions, or only those you invite.

When you share deals with other members, they can distribute them (raise capital) among their clients, and both parties earn revenue by sharing fees.

Who has access to my client data?

No other customers and third parties have access to your client data.

It is never used or sold for any marketing purposes.
